Construction is a key sector in France and Europe with many large, medium and small groups. There are also distinct specialities: construction itself, finishing work, real estate, materials and public works, for example.

Given the share of total energy consumption represented by buildings, the sector is at the heart of the challenges of the energy transition, namely efficiency and decarbonization. The vast facades and roofs of buildings, for example, make it possible to contemplate autonomous energy production ("zero-emission buildings").

The (at least partial) recycling of concrete, steel, glass and plastics makes it an increasingly virtuous field. Construction is also not left out in the vast project of the digital transition, as evidenced by the Smart Grids (optical fibers, energy pipes) that crisscross the construction and public works sectors.

We have developed expertise to support construction players in the following areas:
• strategy and growth
• mergers & acquisitions
• innovation and sustainable development
• performance of operations
